We genuinely do our best to ensure all our tenants have a great experience renting with us in our student homes; and a huge part of our business is referrals.
You could earn £50 per tenant by simply telling your friends about us!
Just tell them to WHATSAPP US and make sure they mention that you passed them on!
What’s in it for you?
By referring your friends you could earn £50 per tenant that signs up with us for the next academic year.
The majority of our properties are 6 bedrooms, which means you could earn up to £300 for helping us sign a house!
How it works
It’s very simple, all you have to do is tell your friends who might be looking for a house to have a look at what we have to offer.
Make sure to tell them to mention that you referred them to us, otherwise we won’t know how they found us and you won’t get your hard earned reward.
We’ve made it easy for you too - share our whatsapp with your friends and encourage them to have a look.
As our houses are rented as groups, all you have to do is just tell one person about us, and if he/she signs up with us with their group, you’ll get £300 simply for telling one person.
You will get paid as soon as the tenancy agreements are signed and deposits paid; so no waiting around for your money.
Example:
You currently live in one of our houses, or maybe you recently moved out. It doesn’t matter.
You happen to know a friend who is looking for a 6 bed house for the next academic year.
You mention that you enjoyed living with us and that they should look at our houses for next year; remembering to tell them that you referred them to us. Tell them to send us a WHATSAPP.
Your friend goes on our website, books a viewing with their group of house mates, like what they see and go ahead and signs a house. Of course, they tell us that they were referred by you.
As soon as all paperwork is signed and deposits paid - we will transfer you £300.
And all you did was tell one person about us!

The group have to complete the signing of the property - so if they book a viewing but decide not to proceed the referral scheme doesn’t apply.
There are no limits to how much you can earn - if you help us sign all three of our 6 bedroom properties, you’ll earn £900!
The reward is paid to the 1 person that is mentioned when the new tenant is signed up. So if you were in a room with some of your friends who all mentioned Clan Living, we will pay the person who is mentioned directly. You can of course share the reward with your friends who you thought might have helped you!
If a person drops out once the paperwork is signed, this does not affect your reward.
We don’t operate on an individual room basis - so the reward only applies if the person you told rents the house as a whole - ie, he/she has a group of housemates and are looking for a house to rent together.
The whole house has to be rented - so we wouldn’t accept 5 people who want to live in a 6 bed house.
The whole tenancy term must be signed for - so a full 12 months.
The person has to remember to tell us that they were referred by you!
